Newly-elected Chairperson of the Sorsogon Provincial Pili Development Board (SPPDB), Sorsogon State University SUC III President, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, chairs the meeting with the SPPDB yesterday, April 25, 2023, at Fernando’s Hall, Sorsogon City.
The meeting was convened to address various issues regarding the promotion and development of the Pili industry in Sorsogon.
Also present were the newly-elected SPPDB Vice-Chairperson Ms. Lillian Alice D. Lopez (Chairperson of Sorsogon Pili Producers’ Cooperative), SPPDB Secretary Dr. Maria Teresa V. Destura (Provincial Government Department Head-Office of the Provincial Agriculturist), and Honorable Benito L. Doma (Board Member, 2nd District).
Other members who attended were Mr. Joeriz P. Olbes (PhilPILI), Ma. Lourdes D. Pancho (OIC-Provincial Director DTI-Sorsogon), Engr.
