As part of the University’s preparation for its 117th Foundation Anniversary Celebration scheduled on May 22-24, 2024, Sorsogon State University – Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (SorSU-OVPAA), headed by Dr. Jhonner D. Ricafort (Vice President for Academic Affairs), organized a second meeting to collaboratively arrange and devise the activities and events for the annual celebration, where the assigned committee chairs likewise presented and discussed their individual plans per committee/area concerned today, April 5, 2024, at the SorSU Old Boardroom, Sorsogon City Campus.
The meeting was presided by Dr. Jhonner D. Ricafort (Vice President for Academic Affairs) and attended by the following: Campus Directors: Dr. Telesforo D. Escoto (Sorsogon City Campus), Prof. Ma. Elena C. Demdam (Bulan Campus), Prof. Andrew F. Detera (Castilla Campus), & Prof. Lynn C. Mendoza (Magallanes Campus), as well as the committee chairs/representatives: Dr. Perry F. Carpio (President, SorSU SSC-Faculty Association), Mr. Arvin B. Pura (President, Non-Teaching Personnel Association), Ms. Riche Justine P. Duran (Director, Gender and Development), Prof. Abner L. Dellosa (Head, HRMDO), Mr. Oliver F. Garbin (Head, Sports, Culture and Arts), Mr. Francis O. Antonio (Head, Safety and Security), Ms. Maria Bernadette S. Mirate (Program Chair, BSTM), Ms. Ma. Patricia F. Banares (AO IV), Ms. Mirafe G. Glomar (AO I), Mr. Asael Jared F. Gacosta (AO/Supply Officer II), Ms. Maynelle D. Gredona (Nurse I), Ms. Caryl L. Gamis (IRO Staff), Prof. Rogelio B.
