The College of Technology held a special general assembly for all its 1st to 4th-year students on April 11, 2024 at the Sorsogon State University Audio Visual Hall for reevaluation of nomenclature – a recalibration from Bachelor of Technology to Bachelor in Engineering Technology, and subsequently back to Bachelor of Technology.
Underscoring the importance of clarity and transparency in academic matters, Dr. Orlando D. Doncillo (Dean, College of Technology) articulated that the assembly was necessitated to mitigate any potential confusion among students concerning the designation of their academic program. (SorSU PIO)
