This year, Sorsogon State University-Castilla Campus launches its Solidarity project: Banyuhay in response to the ever changing environment and emerging challenges faced by the 21st century workforce. This year’s theme revolved on metamorphosis or transformation of the Castilla Campus workforce by promoting the healthy well-being of its employees in a collaborative, inclusive and gender-sensitive work environment.
The two-day Team Building-Management Review titled “Banyuhay: Transfiguring Castilla Campus workforce through the promotion of gender-based personality development and inclusivity” involved all employees (composed of 41 teaching & 28 non-teaching personnel) and invited speakers & facilitators from the campus, the top management and from the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity-Pilar Chapter. The event was held at the Don Picaso Malawmawan Resorts, Sands & Travel, Inc. from April 19 to 20, 2023.
