On June 7, 2024, the Sorsogon State University-Castilla Campus had a pivotal event with the Program Assessment for the Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. This assessment, conducted under the auspices of the Commission on Higher Education Region 5, represents a significant milestone in the academic progression of the BSAB program at SorSU Castilla.

Caro, Program Chair of the BSAB program, delivered an insightful address, followed by an intellectually stimulating and inspirational speech from SorSU President Dr. Geraldine De Jesus, who emphasized the paramount importance of academic excellence and the institution’s vision.
Dr. Rochele N. Aragon, Dean of the College of Agriculture, played a crucial role in the event, formally introducing campus officials and extending heartfelt appreciation for their unwavering dedication and support.
Dr. Michael B. Mallari, Education Supervisor II from CHED, provided comprehensive insights into the evaluative process, underscoring its vital role in accrediting the program and ensuring its quality and relevance.
