All undergraduate degree programs of Sorsogon State University-Castilla Campus passed the AACCUP Level III Phase 1 Accreditation.
Bachelor of Science in Agriculture & Bachelor of Agricultural Technology programs were recently granted Level II Re-accredited status by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. assessed during the Online Accreditation held last December 12-16, 2022. The ten (10) areas per program obtained a grand mean higher than 4.0 and an area mean higher than 3.50. This means that the programs are now eligible for the Phase 2 of the 3rd Survey Visit, once passed, may lead to the granting of Level III Re-accredited status.
This achievement may not have been possible without the support of the SorSU administration, the steadfast dedication, and commitment of the Castilla Campus’ teaching & non-teaching personnel, and the untiring support of students and other stakeholders. Let us continue reaching for greater heights!
