SorSU-ISO further equips University Process Owners through ‘Training on Enhancement of QMS Process Owners on Continual Improvement Methodologies’

In line with SorSU’s persistent efforts to reinforce and facilitate the preparation of all process owners as well as uphold the institution’s commitment to continual improvement and conformance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards, Sorsogon State University – International Organization for Standardization (SorSU-ISO), headed by Prof. Shirley G. Dicen (Head, SorSU-ISO), is currently conducting Training on Enhancement of QMS Process Owners on Continual Improvement Methodologies to all process owners across four campuses, from February 1-2, 2024, at the SorSU Social Hall, Sorsogon City Campus.

Process owners of Bulan, Castilla, & Magallanes Campuses are the scheduled participants for Day 1, February 1, 2024, while the Sorsogon City Campus is set to undergo the training on February 2, 2024.

The two-day activity is primarily designed to provide training to all process owners of the University in relation to ISO 9001:2015 QMS Requirements – Clause 10.0 (Improvement) for a better understanding of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Process and for implementing effective corrective actions.
