The Sorsogon State University, ang Pamantasang May Puso, proudly congratulates its University Librarian, Ms. Erlinda P. Enguerra, for being hailed as the Oragon Librarian of 2023 and one of the ‘First 100 BRLC Librarians’, awarded by the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. – Bicol Region Librarians Council (PLAI-BRLC) in celebration of its 100th Founding Anniversary.
The activity was in partnership with Sorsogon State University (SorSU) and Bicol University (BU), held last October 25–27, 2023, at Bernese Resort Hotel, Ligao City, Albay.
