LTC Emerson Ian A Borja AGS (GSC) PA, the newly installed Acting Commander Officer of the 9th Civil-Military Operations “Kaagapay” Batallion, Civil-Military Regiment, Philippine Army, together with 1LT Divinagracia R Mogote (OS) PA (Commanding Officer, 3CMOC, 9CMOBn, CMOR, PA), held a courtesy visit to SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, on March 24, 2025.
The courtesy visit not only strengthens the cooperation and potential engagements between SorSU and the 9th CMO Kaagapay Batallion but also underscores the collective responsibility of academic institutions and government agencies to address social issues, promote peace, and improve the overall welfare of their communities.
Relatively, the 9th CMO (Kaagapay) Batallion, serving as a military support agency of the 9th Infantry (SPEAR) Division in the Bicol Region, reinforces civil-military partnerships and collaboration, aimed at building meaningful relationships within the communities it serves. (SorSU PIO)
