SorSU Magallanes Campus continues its Fish Conservation Week 2023 at the SorSU-MC Grounds on November 8, 2023.
Events for the day featured Costal Clean-Up Drive (with Philippine National Police Magallanes) along Barangays Cawit Proper and Cawit Extension. A Fish Lantern Competition designed as different fish species, it will be followed by a parade.
The SorSU –MC supports the celebration of the 60th Fish Conservation Week with a nationwide theme “Masaganang Pangisdaan, Maunlad na Ekonomiya”. As a campus with a niche for fisheries and aquatic resources, it highly values awareness on the field along with food security, nutrition and more. (SorSU-MC)
