Along with the conduct of FURDEC was a simultaneous activity by the SorSU employees who warmly welcomed the visitors from Benguet State University Government Employees Association (BSUGEA) in their benchmarking ventures headed by Prof. Donato R. Wanawan, Jr. President and the rest of the BSUGEA officers along with their representatives Mr. Mauro C. Salibad, Jr., and Ms. Winnie W. Longboan, for Academics Prof. Carlos K. Mama-o, Jr. and Prof. Olga B. Betudio, and for Laboratory Schools Mam Eden K. Laoyan. The visiting team was accompanied by FA President Dr. Perry F. Carpio and Mr. Arvin Pura, NPTA President last June 4, 2024.
After a brief exchanges of pleasantries, a short program commenced with sharing of both university best practices, CBL updates, academic programs, experiences, and ocular inspection of the school facilities. Prof. Lynn C. Mendoza, expressed her enthusiasm on a collaborative undertakings with BSU in the future. The program ended with a sumptuous meal followed by a photo opportunity with the guests.
