Online Requests For All Registrar Services
In view of the scheduled enrollment from July 8 to August 9, 2024 for the 1st semester, A.Y. 2024-2025, accommodation of walk-in requests for school credentials is temporarily suspended.
Hence, the Offices of the Registrar of the four campuses (Sorsogon City, Bulan, Castilla, and Magallanes) and Graduate School will only be accepting online requests through the following email addresses:

Magallanes Campus: [email protected]
Graduate School: [email protected]
However, the Registrar’s Office will still accommodate face-to-face transactions only for document authentication requests, CAV application, and release of requested credentials. The regular transactions will resume on August 12, 2024.
