ANNOUNCEMENT: SorSU Magallanes Campus National Service Training Program (NSTP) Freshmen Orientation

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) is a mandatory program for all college students in the Philippines, aimed at developing civic consciousness, social responsibility, and volunteerism among young individuals. It also promotes patriotism, nationalism, and a sense of social responsibility among the youth.

Hence, the Office of NSTP, Sorsogon State University Magallanes Campus, will conduct its freshman orientation on August 27, 2023, Tuesday, 1:00 – 5:00 PM. at the campus auditorium.

This orientation will provide students with an overview of the program’s objectives, requirements, and opportunities for community involvement. Attendance is crucial for all incoming freshmen to understand their role in nation-building and community service. In addition, it will provide students with an opportunity to ask questions, seek clarifications, and address any concerns they may have about the program.

To our future leaders, let’s gather around and assemble as we uphold the virtues of our beloved university, the “Pamantasang may Puso,” and work together towards a brighter future for our nation. Let’s make the most of this orientation and prepare ourselves for the challenges and responsibilities ahead.

We are excited to see you! 🌟
