[ANNOUNCEMENT] Call for Scholarship Applications: Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program

Calling the attention of eligible SorSUeno students!

The SorSU – Scholarship and Financial Assistance Services Unit (SFASU) is pleased to announce that the unit is looking for three (3) qualified scholarship recipients under the ISKOLAR NG LANDBANK PROGRAM, sponsored by the LANDBANK Countryside Development Foundation, Inc.

Themed, “600@60: Developing Scholars and Nurturing Talents Towards Serving the Nation,” the Landbank scholarship program aims to support underprivileged but deserving students who are children or grandchildren of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) or small farmers and fishers (SFFs), with the following eligible programs:

  1. Agribusiness Management
  2. Horticulture
  3. Animal Science
  4. Food Technology
  5. Agricultural Engineering
  6. IT Engineering
  7. Industrial/Management Engineering
  8. Civil Engineering
  9. Mechanical Engineering
  10. Accounting
  11. Information Technology
  12. Data Analytics/Science
    Note: Other agriculture-related programs may be considered subject to the deliberation of the Selection Committee.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Resident of Sorsogon
2. Children/grandchildren of ARBs or SFFs
3. With a minimum average grade of 90% or belonging to the top 10% of their senior high school class
4. Must be endorsed by the high school principal
5. Must not enjoy any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship
6. Annual total family income must not exceed P300,000.00

Eligible applicants must submit the following documents on or before AUGUST 15, 2025:
1. Endorsement letter signed by the SUC President /Scholarship Office
2. Completed application form and supporting documents
3. Certificate of Non-Enjoyment of other scholarship/grant/allowance
4. Signed Data Privacy Consent Form
