For Walk-in request at the Office of the Registrar
TO ALL OUR VALUED CLIENTS:
In view of the scheduled enrolment for the 2nd semester, AY 2023-2024 starting January 10 to February 9, 2024, the Office of the Registrar of the four (4) campuses of the University (Sorsogon City, Bulan, Castilla and Magallanes) including Graduate School will temporarily suspend accepting walk-in requests for school credentials. The Office will only accommodate request for authentication of documents and CAV application. The regular transactions will resume on February 12, 2024. Evaluation of Grades (EOG) of students enrolling for OJT/Practicum and Practice Teaching will be directly submitted to the ILDO and In Charge of practice teaching. Request for credentials shall be done online through email address:
