APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS FOR A.Y. 2025-2026

The Admission Services Unit in partnership with the Guidance Services Unit will start the recruitment process of the applicants for the A.Y. 2025-2026.

For college applicants, application will start October 1, 2024 1:00 PM to December 6, 2024 12:00 AM. Effective this admission period, First Semester, A.Y. 2025-2026, registration and submission will be facilitated online through our Online Pre-Admission System or OPAS which can be access through https://admission.sorsu.edu.ph.


Only those applicants who registered online, complied, submitted the complete application requirements on the specified period of application and were verified and confirmed by the Unit will take the exam on January 18, 2025. Before the start of the registration, please prepare the following requirements in soft copies:

  • Recent 2” x 2” ID Picture (colored picture, white background with full name and signature above the name) which will be uploaded during the registration process
  • Grade credential depending on your current status (SHS Form 137/SF10 or SHS Form 138/SF9 or OTR or COG with GWA) which will be part of the submission process
  • To access OPAS, we recommend you to use Google Chrome as your web browser and directly go to its URL: admission.sorsu.edu.ph.
    During the registration process which is open 24/7, make sure to completely and correctly enter the needed data to proceed for the submission process. Guidance from your parent/guardian would be necessary to accomplish forms appropriately. After the successful registration or downloading of certification generated by OPAS, submission of documents online will be the next step.
  • For the online submission of documents, to spare yourself the trouble of re-uploading your documents, please be guided accordingly with the posted guidelines of files to be uploaded/submitted. Online submission of documents is open from Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Data pertaining to the school profile such as complete school name, school address, school email and contact number, school head/principal’s full name, email and contact number as well as the applicant’s adviser, contact number and email are necessary for the validation of submitted documents.

Uploading and submission should be done not later than December 6, 2024. To complete the submission process, click the Submit Documents button after uploading and providing school profile. A test permit will be issued to the applicant after the verification and confirmation process which can be downloaded to your respective OPAS account.

Likewise, for Grade 7 applicants, application will start November 4, 2024 to January 10, 2025, while for Graduate School applicants (AY 2024-2025 Second Semester), application for admission started last August 19 and will end on December 13, 2024.
