Sorsogon State University – Bulan Campus conducted a Campus Management Meeting to discuss key institutional updates, performance outcomes, and strategic priorities essential to the effective governance of the campus on January 28, 2026 at the Campus Director’s Office.
The meeting was attended by the deans, program chairs, and unit heads.
Presided over by the Campus Director, the meeting served as a venue for presenting updates on recent developments affecting both the Bulan Campus and the University as a whole. Among the major agenda items discussed were the results of the 4th Quarter 2025 Board of Regents Meeting, the 2025 performance results per delivery unit, and the alignment of targets for Institutional Performance in 2026.
The committee also reviewed the proposed SY 2026-2027 enrollment targets, emphasizing data-driven planning and shared accountability among academic and administrative units.
The attendees actively engaged in discussions, clarifications, and recommendations, reflecting a collaborative approach to campus management.
