Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education

This program aims to develop highly motivated, creative, and reflexive teachers in basic education equipped with knowledge, skills and values and culture and arts education. (CMO No. 82 s. 2017)

Bachelor of Special Needs Education

It is an undergraduate program which specializes in special needs education. It prepares teachers who will instruct and manage students with additional needs in inclusive and segregated educational settings. Its graduates will be equipped to teach the basic education curriculum and alternate curricula depending on the needs of the students. Those who will teach the elementary level will be trained across different subject areas. Those who will teach in the secondary level will provide educational support to students with additional needs in inclusive classrooms or provide educational services to students who may be enrolled in special education centers. Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education major in Food Service Management

It is a teacher education program that equips learners with adequate and relevant competencies in teaching specific areas in Industrial Arts or Home Economics or ICT or Agri-Fishery Arts – the four areas of technical and vocational track in the K to 12 curriculum. It aims to develop highly competent and motivated teachers in technical and vocational education in their area of specialization. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program aims to develop a professional nurse who is able to assume entry level positions in health facilities or community settings. The professional nurse is capable of providing safe, humane, quality and holistic care to individuals in varying age, gender and health-illness status; healthy or at-risk families; populations group; and community; singly or in collaboration with other health care providers to promote health, prevent illness, restore health, alleviate suffering and provide end of life care.

Electrical Engineering is a profession involves the conceptualization, development, design and application of safe, healthy, ethical, economical and sustainable generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of electrical energy for the benefit of society and the environment through the knowledge of mathematics, physical sciences, information technology and other allied sciences, gained by study, research and practice.

Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering

Electronics Engineering is a profession that deals with the conceptualization, development and application of devices and systems involving the flow of electrons or other carriers of electric charge to the operations and processes in the fields of electronics, including but not limited to applications involving optical, electromagnetic and other energy forms for the benefit of society and environment through the application and engineering sciences and principles gained by study, research and practice.

The programs related to the fields of hospitality and tourism education will equip students with competencies that are needed to execute operational tasks and management functions in food production (culinary), accommodation, food and beverage service, tourism planning and product development, events planning, transportation services, travel and tour operations and other emerging sectors of hospitality and tourism industry (lifted from CMO No. 26, series of 2017).

Graduates of this program should be able to set up and manage their own business or work in any organization where entrepreneurial competencies are required. They should also be able to pursue other careers such as Entrepreneurs, Business Development or Corporate Planning Development Staff/Assistant, Marketing Assistant or Staff (lifted from CMO No. 18, s. 2017).

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

This program provides general accounting education to students wanting to pursue a professional career in Accountancy, in general and in Public Accounting, in particular (lifted from CMO 27, series of 2017). Graduates of this program are qualified to take the CPA Licensure Examinations pursuant to the Accountancy Act of 2004 (CMO No. 27, s. 2017).

Bachelor of Technology major in Automotive Technology

The course is designed to develop skilled and professional technicians specialized in the automotive industry. It offers general education subjects as well as hands-on training in automotive industry-based curriculum through its state-of-the-art facilities. Students are given an opportunity to undergo defensive driving training, road courtesy, road signs and symbols and traffic laws, and industry immersion for the students to be exposed to an industry-based workshop and practice their skills they have acquired.

Bachelor of Technology major in Mechanical Technology

Mechanical engineering technology coursework is more application-focused and less theoretical. It applies engineering principles and technical advancements to the manufacture of usable goods and production machinery. Modern technologies and principles from the design, production, and material manufacturing processes are expected to be applied in mechanical engineering technologies.

Bachelor of Technology major in Electronics Technology

This course is a four-year technology education course composed of subjects with the aim of equipping its graduates with technical and theoretical know-how in various fields of specialization in the Electronics Sector like Instrumentation and Process Control, Mechatronics, Satellite and HDTV Principles, Photovoltaic Systems Installation and Servicing, and Cell Phone Repair to name a few. Likewise, students graduating in this course can acquire multiple TESDA NC II like EPAS, EIM and PV Systems.

Bachelor of Technology major in Electrical Technology

This course is a four-year technology education course composed of subjects that will enhance the students’ knowledge and skills in the field of electrical technology. It includes subjects in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics and Power Systems. The graduate of this course can acquire at least two (2) TESDA National Certificate II in EIM and PV Systems. They can have their employment locally and abroad, or can start their own electrical services shops should they decide to venture into it or have themselves self-employed.

Bachelor of Technology major in Architectural Drafting

The course provides students comprehensive knowledge in drafting, using both freehand and mechanical drawing, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and other related software with a balanced mix of mechanical, architectural, civil, and structural drafting. It also combines technical traditions and digital training with the vocabulary and knowledge needed to communicate with future employers in the architectural, engineering and construction fields. Also, to prepare students to enter the workforce assisting architects, engineers, contractors and other related fields.

Bachelor of Technology major in Welding and Fabrication

The program deals with fundamental theory and application of metal coalescence in relation with actual welding settings. It provides relevant knowledge skills and attitude in diverse welding processes that they can use as an asset for their future careers in welding technology. The course includes advanced welding processes such as GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, OAW and SMAW.

Bachelor of Technology major in Civil Technology

The program is a dynamic educational opportunity offering a practical learning environment that is conducive to hands-on skills training and developing good working habits while maintaining professionalism in all areas. It provides valuable information that will cater to effective learning management in achieving set goals. Bachelor of Technology major in Garment Technology

The course is specifically designed to develop the student’s knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to obtain an ideal job in the garment industry or have the confidence to manage his/her own business upon graduation. It covers all the aspects in Garment Technology, from garment construction to the fitting process and production. Specifically, it will focus on pattern making, designing, and alternating finished garments to fit accurately to individual wearer or customer as well as to practice quality standards in the industry.

The program includes the study of computing concepts and theories, algorithmic foundations and new developments in computing. Bachelor of Science Information Technology

The program includes the study of the utilization of both hardware and software technologies involving planning, installing, customizing, operating, managing and administering and maintaining information technology infrastructure that provides computing solutions to address the needs of an organization. It prepares graduates to address various user needs involving the selection, development, application, integration and management of computing technologies within an organization.

The BSAB Curriculum is based in competency standards for agribusiness. It focuses on creating and going into business in agriculture. It is systems-oriented emphasizing on the interactions of all activities on the farm; and the storage, processing, and distribution of farm commodities and items made from them, locally and globally within the context of the country’s biophysical, socio-cultural, political, economic environment and development needs. Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering

The Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering program is designed to produce graduates who possess knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the application of engineering science and designs to the processes and systems involved in the sustainable production, post-production, and processing of safe food, feed, fiber, timber, and other agricultural and biological materials; the efficient utilization of, conservation, and management of natural and renewable resources; and development of climate change mitigation measures to enhance human health in harmony with the environment. Agricultural and Biosystems (AB) consist of crops, poultry, livestock, fisheries and aquaculture resources, forestry and other plants, new and renewable energy, wastes, natural resources, and climate.
