Retired NBA Player and now Evangelist/Missionary Mr. Bayard Forrest (Founder of FOCUS Ministries) visits SorSU President De Jesus — engages CoEA students & faculty in campus evangelism
Along with Engr. Joy J. Labo (CoEA Faculty Professor), Retired NBA Player and now an Evangelist & Missionary, Mr. Bayard Forrest, who is the Founder of FOCUS Ministries, and his wife, Mrs. Peg Forrest (former Dean of Women at Arizona Christian University), held a courtesy call to Sorsogon State University (SorSU) SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, on February 20, 2024.
Headed by Mr. & Mrs. Forrest, the FOCUS Ministries also spearheaded campus evangelism to the students and faculty members of SorSU – College of Engineering and Architecture (CoEA) in the afternoon.
With the theme, “Balancing Life = Love and Learning,” the event is intended to (a) encourage students to keep pursuing their studies and for the faculty to stay motivated in their work; and (b) make them enjoy and be inspired with life testimonies. (SorSU PIO)
