The first-ever joint “Selection of Corp Commander and Deliberation with Board Interview for the different ROTC Units in the Province of Sorsogon” was held last May 28, 2023 at the Sorsogon State University Dormtel Conference Hall.
The said undertaking was spearheaded by the ROTC Commandant, Maj Annamy N Nero (OS) PA through the initiative of the SorSU-NSTP Director, Ma. Claire M. Dicen together with the NSTP coordinators and chief clerks.
A total of 17 aspiring Corp Commanders were tested for their Physical Fitness and Methods of Instruction. Part of their evaluation comprises essay writing, bearing and buddy rating.
The candidates are from the Sorsogon State University ROTC Units which include Bulan, Castilla, and Sorsogon City Campus (Activated ROTC Unit), Solis Institute of Technology and Sorsogon College of Criminology Inc. (Affiliated ROTC Units).
