The LGU-Sorsogon City through its Sulay sa Futuro Program is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2026-2027 City Academic Scholarship Program.

Step-by-step guide for the APPLICATION

  1. Click the link below to download APPLICATION FORM

  2. Open DOWNLOAD FOLDER in your PC/Laptop.
  3. Open downloaded file (scholar application form). for WPS
  4. or Choose OPEN WITH MS (Microsoft Word). Click ENABLE EDITING
  5. Fill-out the form with your details.
  6. Insert required images:
    2×2 picture
    Front view of your house
  7. Print in long bond paper/legal size (back to back).
  8. Visit BAPAS office for screening and interview. Check the schedule per district.
  9. Bring the following requirements:
    Printed/filled-up application form
    1 Photocopy of form 138/Report card or latest quarter grades
    1 Photocopy of Valid ID (School ID, PhilSys ID, National ID, Barangay ID, PWD ID, or PhilHealth ID)
    Resident’s certificate of parent/guardian indicating the purpose for scholar application

SCREENING/INTERVIEW guide:
1. Proceed to LINE 1 for SCREENING FORM and fill-out.
2. Wait for your queue.
3. Qualified applicants proceed to LINE 3 for VERIFICATION
4. Scan documents using your phone and send to: 2026cityscholarship@gmail.com
5. Proceed to LINE 4 and present Gmail e-reply.
6. Get TEST PERMIT as a successful transaction.
