Sorsogon State University (SorSU) has reached a notable achievement in its commitment to public service by maintaining an outstanding record throughout 2024. A letter from the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB), dated March 6, 2025, confirmed that the Civil Service Commission’s (CSC) feedback system reported no complaints or poor reviews about SorSU’s frontline services during the entire year of 2024. This achievement reflects SorSU’s commitment to providing excellent and reliable service to the public.

De Jesus, the Pamantasang May Puso expresses its gratitude to all personnel for their dedication to upholding the highest standards of service delivery throughout the year.
