To honor the seniors and recognize their significant milestone as graduating students, Sorsogon State University – College of Teacher Education and Midwifery (SorSU – CoTEdM) conducted a 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝘧𝘧 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺 for the graduating students of the College on June 01, 2023, at SorSU Social Hall, Sorsogon City Campus.
With the theme: “𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙨: 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝘿𝙖𝙯𝙯𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨”, the event started with the red carpet walk of the stars of the night –CoTEDM graduating students: BEED, BSED (English, Filipino, Mathematics, Sciences), BCAED, BPED, BSNED, & BTVTED (Automotive, Electrical, FSM), along with the CoTEdM faculty members and officials.
The event also included a ‘𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘔𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 & 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺’, ‘𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 2023’ & ‘𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘰𝘧 2024’, ‘𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯’, and awarding of special awards to winners (𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘳, 𝘉𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘋𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥, 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘘𝘶𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵).
In addition, Dr. Alfonso L. Garcia, Jr. (Dean, CoTEdM), during his speech, emphasized to the graduating students the value of gratitude to self, mentors, their parents, and above all, the Creator in any undertaking they do.
Meanwhile, Dr. Telesforo D. Escoto (Campus Director, SorSU – Sorsogon City Campus) proudly acknowledged the accomplishments of the College for the past year and its notable performance during the 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LEPT). (SorSU PIO)
