Presided by SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, and Dr. Ryan V. Dio (Vice President for Research, Extension and Training), Sorsogon State University (SorSU), through the Office of Research, Extension and Training, is currently conducting a two-day 1st and 2nd Quarter Research and Extension Council (RECO) Evaluation Meeting from April 3-4, 2025, at the SorSU E-Library, Sorsogon City Campus.
The agenda of the RECO Evaluation Meeting includes discussion and deliberation on the updates of externally and institutionally funded projects, updates on the research center, the status of the previously approved projects, as well as research and extension proposals.
Day 1 was attended by Prof. Andrew F. Detera (Campus Director, Castilla Campus), Dr. Susan S. Janer (Dean, Graduate School), Dr. Leny D. Berdin (Chief Administrative Officer-Finance Division), Dr. Ma. Sylisa J. Estur (Chief Administrative Officer-Administrative Division), Ms. Rosalie D. Labitag (Director, Finance), Engr. Ivy Rose B. Gonzales (Director, Research Development), Dr. Ana Cristina G. Fortes (Director, Extension and Training Services), Prof. Riche P.
