Magallanes, Sorsogon — The Planning Office of Sorsogon State University (SorSU) Magallanes Campus, headed by Ms. Aliana Joy G. Carrillo, Planning Coordinator, spearheaded a workshop and presentation of the Annual Operational Plan (AOP) for Fiscal Year 2026, held on Thursday, October 6, 2025, at the Faculty Room.
The activity was anchored on the main objective of preparing the campus’s yearly initiatives through a comprehensive review of its programs, projects, activities, and policy directions, all aligned with the University’s Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Strategic Objectives (SOs).
Expected outputs of the workshop included the identification of quarterly performance targets, proposed budgets, and fund sourcing strategies. The session also aimed to assess the current status of implementation and to review challenges affecting the achievement of institutional goals.

Also present were process owners of the campus, each representing their respective departments and units, contributing to the collaborative planning process.
