Sorsogon State University (SorSU) SUC President III, Geraldine F. De Jesus, together with other SUC/LUC leaders and officials, joined the Gala Night and Thanksgiving Dinner celebrating Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis, the new Chairperson of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), held on July 7, 2025, at The Manila Hotel in Metro Manila.
Organized by the National Network of Quality Assurance Agencies, Inc. (NNQAA), the gathering recognized CHED Chairperson Agrupis for her exemplary leadership and significant contributions to enhancing quality assurance within the Philippine higher education sector.
