On July 25, 2025, the Office of the President of Sorsogon State University (SorSU) held a special meeting with the Performance Management Team (PMT) at SorSU Dormtel in Sorsogon City to review the university’s mid-year performance and ensure it aligns with its strategic goals.
The meeting focused on key updates regarding the university’s performance, including accomplishments related to the Strategic Plan 2022-2026, mid-year achievements based on the approved 2025 Annual Operational Plans (AOP), and mid-year accomplishments in the 2025 Institutional Performance Targets.
During the session, Campus Directors, the Dean of the Graduate School, Staff Directors, and Unit Heads presented their Top 5 accomplishments, highlighting their units’ contributions to the university’s overall targets.
Presided over by SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, the meeting was attended by Mr. Gerald E. Fulay, JD (Vice President for Administration and Finance), Dr. Jhonner D. Ricafort (Vice President for Academic Affairs), Dr. Ryan V. Dio (Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training), and all PMT members.
This meeting reaffirmed SorSU’s commitment to upholding performance standards, achieving institutional goals, and continuously improving service across all university units. (SorSU PIO)
