The Sorsogon State University (SorSU) proudly congratulates its eight (newly licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) from the Sorsogon City Campus and Bulan Campus for successfully passing the October 2025 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE) held on October 24-26, 2025.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 3,460 out of 10,171 examinees successfully passed the licensure examination. Notably, Bulan Campus earned an overall performance rating of 57.14%, while the Sorsogon City Campus garnered a passing percentage of 40.00%. Both campuses remarkably surpassed the national passing percentage (NPP) of 34.02%. Moreover, the Bulan Campus achieved a 75.00% successful passing rate for first-time takers.
