The official student publication of the Sorsogon State University, Sorsogon city campus, by virtue of the rights vested in it by the Republic Act 7079 otherwise known as the Freedom of the Press at the campus level, promoting the growth and development of campus journalism as a means of strengthening ethical values, encouraging critical and creative thinking and developing moral character and personal discipline of the Filipino youth and improving the Journalistic skills of the student and improving responsible and free journalism through various programs and projects has resolved to promulgate, as it hereby promulgate, this Editorial Policy and Constitution and By-Laws.
