In line with the University’s pursuit for ISO recertification and steadfast commitment to continuous quality improvements within its units, Sorsogon State University (SorSU), presided by SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, held a Management Review today, January 30, 2024, at the SorSU Audio-Visual Hall, Sorsogon City Campus.
Among the agenda of the Management Review were the Status of action from the previous management meeting (April 4, 2023); Changes in external and internal issues that are relevant to the QMS; Customer satisfaction and feedback from relevant interested parties; Extent to which quality objectives have been met; Process performance and conformity of product & services (AACCUP Accreditation & Licensure Examination); Non-conformities and corrective actions; Monitoring and measurement results; audit results; The performance of external providers; The adequacy of resources; The effectiveness of actions taken to address risk and opportunities; and Opportunities for improvement.
Together with SorSU Vice Presidents: Dr. Jhonner D. Ricafort (VPAA) and Dr. Ryan V. Dio (VPRET), the campus directors, staff directors, deans, unit heads, program chairs, QMS Core Team Leaders, QMS Internal Quality Audit Team, FA President, NTP President, as well as the University Student Council President and Supreme Student Council Presidents also attended the event.
