The Sorsogon State University celebrates its 117th Founding Anniversary from May 22 to 24, 2024. The opening day starts with a parade around the town and will be followed with the celebration of the Holy Mass at the SorSU covered court. Simultaneous activities highlighting the participation of students, employees, distinguished alumni and partner stakeholders will take place in the 3-day event. Awesome activities to be highlighted are the ribbon cutting and blessing of new research centers, MOU and MOA signing with partner institutions, the SorSU Gawad Parangal celebration and a Team Development event for the SorSU employees and staff.
