Presided by SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, Sorsogon State University Administrative Council (ADCO), conducted its 4th Quarter Regular Meeting on January 04, 2024, at SorSU Audio-Visual Hall, Sorsogon City Campus.
The 4th Quarter Meeting addressed, discussed, and deliberated matters on fiscal (such as Statement of Allotment, Obligations, and Disbursement as of December 31, 2023); administrative (along Annual Operational Plan for FY 2024, Proposed SorSU Code, Proposed Administrative Manual, SECOM Resolutions, & Proposed Renewal of Medical and Legal Consultants); academic (Proposed Policy on Safety and Security Services Unit, Proposed Revisions of Policies and Guidelines on Student Discipline, and Gender-based Sexual Harassment, Student Services Research Agenda, & Proposed Policy on the Utilization of University Logo); research/extension related matters (Proposed Modified SorSU HyFlex (Hybrid-Flexible) Learning Scheme and Facilities, Research and Extension Manual of Operations Revisions, Memorandum of Agreement entered by the university between & among partners), and other items among others. The ADCO meeting was also attended by SorSU Vice Presidents: Mr. Gerald E. Fulay, JD (VPAF), Dr. Jhonner D. Ricafort (VPAA), Dr. Ryan V.
