LET US SPREAD MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS THROUGH ART!

Kumusta Ka-PEER? Did you know that October is the National Mental Health Awareness Month? SorSU celebrates the importance of mental health for all of us!

This event is implemented by The Office of the Guidance and Counseling Services Unit with the Peer Facilitators Organization and in collaboration with the League of All Artists and Designers.

Ang SorSuenos ay hindi lang magaling sa akademya-pati na rin sa sining. Tayo na’t sumali sa Digital Poster Making Contest ngayong October 2-17, 2024. Let’s express your talent and thoughts in the form of art! Ang ating tema ay “Embracing Diversity and Fostering Inclusivity: SorSU’s Journey Towards a Safe Community and Gender-Sensitive Culture”.

Ano nga ba ang mechanics ng contest, mga ka-PEERS?

  1. Kung ikaw ay officially enrolled student ng SorSU (LabHigh o College) qualified ka!
  2. Your artwork should be original. Bawal ang AI-generated, kopya, traced o kaya ay plagiarized. Disqualified agad kapag napatunayan na hindi orihinal ang iyong gawa.
  3. Pwedeng gumamit ng digital art program or app.
  4. The size of the digital poster shall be 1658 x 2396 in PNG format.

    The digital posters will be judged based on the following criteria:
    Content – 50%

    The poster expresses a clear idea about the theme. The graphics align with the idea expressed.
    Creativity – 30%

    The poster is attractive in design, layout, and technique.
    Originality – 20%

    The poster stands out because of its uniqueness from all the other entries submitted.
    Winners will receive the following:
    1st Place – 500 php and a certificate
    2nd Place – 300 php and a certificate
    3rd Place – 200 php and a certificate

    All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
