Subject: Conduct of Online Classes in all Campuses of the University
In light of the recent impact of Typhoon Pepito in the province and to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, this office hereby directs the conduct of online classes on all campuses of the university tomorrow, November 18, 2024. All scheduled classes will proceed as planned but will be done either synchronously or asynchronously, whichever is applicable. Faculty members are required to report onsite and are expected to utilize online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, Google Classroom, and the like to conduct their online classes.
Moreover, students shall attend their online classes as per the regular schedule. Online activities shall be closely monitored through the online platforms used by faculty. Your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time are highly appreciated, as the safety of our students is prioritized while continuing our academic pursuits remotely.
