In its continued commitment to supporting employee development and institutional alignment, the Sorsogon State University-Human Resource and Development Management Office (SorSU-HRDMO) organized a two-day onboarding program at the Function Hall, SorSU CBM Building, Sorsogon City.
The sessions were designed to orient new employees on university policies, work expectations, and available support systems. The first session held on September 11, 2025, was designated for newly hired non-teaching personnel, while the second session conducted on September 12, 2025, was intended for newly hired teaching staff.
On the first day, the following topics were discussed for non-teaching staff:
