The Health Services Unit, in partnership with the Sorsogon State University, CRCYC, together with BETA Sigma and Sigma Beta will be conducting a Mobile Blood Donation Drive. Join this life-saving effort and be a hero to someone in need. Every drop counts and can make a significant difference in the lives of patients requiring blood transfusions.

🩸Time: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🩸 Location: SorSU Covered Court
Who Can Donate?
🩸 Must be in good health with no existing illness.
🩸Age 16-65 years old (16-17 years old need a guardian’s written consent).
🩸Weight: 110 lbs (50 kg) and above.
🩸A Physical examination will be conducted before donation.
Before Donation:
🩸Get at least 6 hours of sleep.
🩸No alcohol intake 24 hours prior.
🩸Travel, medications, piercing, and tattoos will be assessed on-site.
🩸Avoid fatty foods; have something to eat prior to blood donation.
