The contest invites student organizations at SorSU – Castilla Campus to create parols (Christmas lanterns) using indigenous materials, inspired by agriculture. Mechanics:
Who Can Join: Officially recognized student organizations at SorSU – Castilla Campus (both major and minor).
Number of Entries: One entry per organization.
Materials: Parols must be crafted using indigenous materials, emphasizing sustainability and local resources.
Size: Minimum of 4 feet in diameter with a tail extending up to 2 feet in length.
Lighting: Must include lighting, but open flames and candles are prohibited.
Pre-made Parols: Not allowed; only handcrafted parols are eligible.
Entry Requirements:
Detailed description of the design and inspiration must be included.
