In light of the ongoing enrollment period for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2024-2025, scheduled from January 2 to 31, 2025, the Office of the Registrar across all four (4) campuses of the Sorsogon State University (Sorsogon City, Bulan, Castilla, and Magallanes), including the Graduate School, will temporarily suspend the acceptance of walk-in requests for school credentials.
During this period, the Office will only process requests for authentication of documents and CAV (Certification, Authentication, and Verification) applications. Regular transactions will resume on February 3, 2025.
Evaluation of Grades (EOG) for students enrolling in OJT/Practicum and Practice Teaching will be directly submitted to the Industry Linkages & Development Office (ILDO) and the In Charge of Practice Teaching.
