Deadline of online registration and uploading of required documents is TODAY, December 6, 2024.
📌 Make sure to register and upload required documents online through the Online Pre-Admission System (OPAS) not later than 11:59PM today. Only those applicants with SUBMITTED status indicating the date completed and time of the submission could wait for the confirmation.
📌 For CONFIRMATION, check your OPAS account regularly until December 31, 2024. THERE is NO NEED TO GO TO THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE for confirmation. For applicants with remarks on their uploaded ID photo and or documents, please comply or reupload immediately to complete the confirmation process.
📌 Only those CONFIRMED applicants will be issued TEST PERMIT. To download test permit, sign-in to your existing OPAS account, then at the completion page of your application, click CONFIRM and PROCEED button. Do not forget to answer and complete the surveys and finally, click the DOWNLOAD TEST PERMIT button.
