The 𝘚𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘨𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 (𝘖𝘚𝘋𝘚), in coordination with the 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘉𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘈𝘧𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘴, announces the release of the New School Uniform for the students of SorSU. This new uniform designed by Mr. Aran Joel Belmonte received the highest number of votes based on the university-wide poll conducted last July 2023. With this, the OSDS shall conduct the uniform sizing to the respective campuses of the University.
The venue of the 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 for students of SorSU Castilla, Bulan and Magallanes Campuses shall be at their respective Office of the Registrar. Meanwhile, the venue for students of SorSU Sorsogon City Campus shall be located at the Covered Court.
The schedule of uniform sizing shall be on the following dates:

– August 14, 2023 – First Year Students
– August 15, 2023 – Second Year Students
– August 16, 2023 – Third, Fourth and Fifth Year Students

– Second Week of August
Please be guided that the wearing of this prescribed uniform is mandatory starting the second semester of Academic Year 2023-2024. 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲. Further, the University reminds the students to observe the knee-length measurement for those who opt for skirts. Moreover, skinny type of pants are strongly discouraged.
Please note that the Office of Business Affairs will be present during the sizing for further queries and clarification on the new school uniform.
