Sorsogon State University (SorSU) warmly welcomed its faculty members and students back, from all its four campuses, for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023 on January 23, 2023, following the semester break.
After the simultaneous flag-raising ceremony, the Campus Directors (Dr. Telesforo D. Escoto – Sorsogon City, Prof. Ma. Elena C. Demdam – Bulan, Prof. Andrew F. Detera – Castilla, and Prof. Lynn C. Mendoza – Magallanes), gave brief orientations on the opening of classes and announcement of new faculty designations as well as updates on several ongoing infrastructure development projects for 2023.
Additionally, SorSU will carry on with the implementation of blended learning (limited face-to-face classes, synchronous, and asynchronous) for the secondsemester with specialization subjects to be given priority for face-to-face instruction. (SorSU PIO)
