BFAR V Conducts In-Campus Mobile Monitoring and Evaluation of Fisheries Scholars

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) V Fisheries Scholarship Program (FSP) staff, led by Ms. Rowena B. Briones, Regional Fisheries Scholarship Program (FSP) Coordinator, along with Ms. Esther Marie A. Aroncillo, Regional Alternate FSP Coordinator, Mr. David G. Alano, FSP IP Focal, and Ms. Evangeline R. Petil, Provincial FSP Coordinator, conducted regular monitoring and evaluation of the scholars enrolled in the campus’s fisheries program on March 6, 2025, at the SorSU Magallanes Campus.

Pursuant to Fisheries Administrative Order No. 257, this undertaking aims to comprehensively assess the academic performance and progress of the scholars, including their well-being, challenges faced, and various issues and concerns related to their studies. Among the 13 Fisheries scholars are II-BSFi students: Irish Anasco, Carl Ayson R. Destajo, Nino M. Gregorio, and Claire F. Perina. III-BSFi includes Erickha H. Burotn, Nicole H. Burton, Gillian Eduarte, and Michael John Himor. IV-BSFAS includes Jhiel Ner L. Balasta, Mark Kevin D. Ferreras, Ian L. Ivasco, Judith M. Janolan, and Judith M. Llaneta.
