Pursuant to and fully compliant with the prescribed minimum requirements stipulated in CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 14, s. 2019, entitled “Policies and Guidelines in the Issuance of Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) to State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs),” Sorsogon State University – Sorsogon City Campus and Magallanes Campus have been officially granted a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) by the Commission on Higher Education – Regional Office V (CHED-ROV) to offer the following programs:

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) Program per CMO No. 27, s. 2017

Sorsogon State University – Magallanes Campus

Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSE) Program per CMO No. 18, s. 2017

As stated in CMO No. 27, s. 2017, the BS Accountancy Program intends to equip students with accounting knowledge, critical thinking skills, and prepares them for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure exam while fostering a global perspective on accounting practices.
Likewise, the BS Entrep Program under CMO No. 18, s. 2017 aims to prepare graduates with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to successfully start, manage, and grow their own businesses, while fostering innovation, ethical practices, and strategic decision-making for sustainable success in the global market.”
