COMELEC Sorsogon Provincial Office, in collaboration with SorSU, holds one-day province-wide voter registration at SorSU Covered Court, Sorsogon City Campus
In partnership with Sorsogon State University (SorSU), the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Sorsogon Provincial Office is currently conducting a one-day province-wide voter registration through its Special Satellite and Register Anywhere Program (SSRAP) at SorSU Covered Court, Sorsogon City Campus, today February 16, 2024, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Prior to the commencement of the event, SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, on behalf of the University, received the Certificate of Appreciation from the COMELEC Sorsogon Provincial Office acknowledging the institution’s outstanding commitment and invaluable contribution to the 2024 SSRAP project as well as the its support of the COMELEC’s event the previous year relative to the October 30, 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (2023 BSKE) Forum, entitled: #ResponsablengKandidato. Further, SorSU President De Jesus was also recognized by the agency for her exceptional commitment, support, and efforts to the success of the program.
The one-day voter registration activity is open to the general public, including the SorSUeno students.
