The Sorsogon State University (SorSU) proudly congratulates its eleven (11) newly licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) from the Sorsogon City Campus and Bulan Campus on successfully passing the December 2024 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination (CPALE) conducted on December 6-8, 2024, across different testing centers in the country.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 3,058 out of 10,136 examinees passed the licensure examination. SorSU-Sorsogon City Campus impressively achieved an overall performance rating of 57.14%, which exceeds the national passing percentage (NPP) of 30.17%. Moreover, the first-time takers obtained a successful passing rate of 63.64%.
