🎓 About the Speaker:
Prof. Dr. Castillo is a renowned anthropologist, researcher, and educator specializing in decolonial knowledge production, political emotions, memory studies, and critical research ethics. She currently serves as a Substitute Professor of Public Anthropology at the University of Bremen and has held key academic roles at Humboldt-Universitat zu Berlin and Freie Universitat Berlin.
With her leadership in projects like Co2Libri: Living Borderless Research Interaction and the Affect and Colonialism Web Lab, she is a strong advocate for fostering meaningful collaborations and decolonizing research methodologies.
