Important Reminders for SorSU-LHSAT (Incoming Grade 7) Examinees
EXAMINATION PROTOCOLS:
BEFORE THE EXAMINATION
📌Access your OPAS account to download your test permit (not from e-mail).
📌Print the downloaded pdf file of your test permit in a long size bond paper
📌Check your test schedule (date, time and room assignment) on your test permit.
📌Cut the printed test permit to have two (2) copies (1 copy for the room examiner or proctor which will be given upon entrance to your assigned room and the other copy is for the applicant)
📌 Prepare pencil, eraser and sharpener.
📌 Get enough sleep.
📌 Pack snacks.
ON THE DAY OF EXAMINATION
GOING TO YOUR ASSIGNED CAMPUS/VENUE
📌 Eat breakfast (AM session).
📌 Eat lunch (PM session).
📌 Wear comfortable clothes.
📌 Be at the assigned campus or holding area at least 15 minutes before the time.
📌 Parents or guardian of examinees should stay at the holding area only. They are not allowed at the testing rooms.
GOING TO THE ROOM ASSIGNMENT
📌 Put out your test permit, pencils, sharpener, and eraser.
📌 Place all belongings, including mobile phones (turned off or in silent mode), smartwatches, gadgets, calculator, water bottle, snacks/candies inside your bags.
📌 Have your pockets out and ensure they are empty of any paper or gadgets.
📌 If you need to use the toilet, please do it before proceeding to your assigned testing room/venue.
📌 Form a line outside the assigned room.
📌 Upon entering the assigned room or testing venue, present your test permit for inspection.
📌 Place your belongings in front of the room.
📌 Only bring the following items to your seat: PENCIL, SHARPENER, AND ERASER ONLY
📌 For examinees without a bag, surrender gadgets to the supervisor. They will be returned at the end of the testing session.
