Nine (9) graduates from Sorsogon State University (SorSU) were interviewed today, December 5, 2024, by Japanese employers via Zoom at the SorSU Boardroom, Sorsogon City.
The students, all graduates of various programs under the College of Business Management (CBM) and the College of Technology (COT), are being considered for potential career opportunities with Japanese companies in different industries.
This recruitment event is part of an ongoing partnership facilitated by a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Sorsogon State University and the Japan International Human capital Development Organization (JIHDO). The agreement aims to provide SorSU graduates with direct employment opportunities in Japan.
Present at the interview event is Ms. Marietta C. Sato (Representative, SorSU Nihongo Language Training Center), who plays a key role in bridging the cultural and language gap between students and Japanese employers.
The event underscores SorSU’s commitment to expanding global career opportunities for its graduates and strengthening ties with Japan’s key industries. (SorSU PIO)
