You have 10 days left to register and submit your application requirements through our Online Pre-Admission System (OPAS).
For applicants who already submitted their documents or application requirements in OPAS, please check your OPAS account to verify the status of your submitted documents. Remarks are indicated in the uploaded documents if needed for resubmission or re-uploading.
Check also your uploaded ID picture/photo during the registration process if your uploaded photo goes beyond the guidelines. Make sure to upload a recent 2×2 ID photo with name tag in white background.
📒 The name tag must legibly show the applicant’s signature over the complete name of the applicant in the format LAST NAME, FIRST NAME MIDDLE INITIAL. (ex: DELA CRUZ, JUAN JR. F.)
📒 The name tag should not be computerized, meaning, the picture should have taken while holding the written name tag
For those applicants who have submitted their photo/documents and required to re-upload photo/documents, you may upload anytime (24/7) in your OPAS account the required picture/documents but not later than December 6, 2024. For more assistance, you may visit the nearest SorSU Campus, Admission Services Unit in your area.
For applicants whose status is confirmed, you may download your test permit and verify the details of your application specifically your course choices. You may still update your course choices until December 6, 2024. To download the test permit, click the Confirm and Proceed button on your OPAS account, answer and complete the surveys to show the Download Test Permit button. Download and print the test permit in a long size bond paper and bring the printed test permit during the examination day.
