Sorsogon State University (SorSU) is pleased to announce the approval and implementation of its 2025 Annual Operational Plan (AOP), the updated version of its Strategic Plan for 2022-2026 (Version 2.0) and the enhanced Goals of the university. These plans and goals were confirmed through the signing of Board Resolutions No. 12-2025 and No. 13-2025 on March 6, 2025 during the 121st Regular Board of Regents Meeting of SorSU.
These comprehensive plans are designed to strengthen the university’s commitment to excellence in education, research, and community engagement. The updated strategies and goals aim to elevate SorSU’s role as a leading institution, driving progress and fostering innovation within the academic and local communities.
All colleges, offices, and units within SorSU are urged to align their initiatives, programs, and projects with these approved plans. Active participation and collaboration are essential for the successful implementation of the plans, which will ultimately contribute to the realization of the university’s long-term vision.
